When you register for a Parallel event, you are registering through Luma (lu.ma) — a third-party event platform. Luma collects your name, email address, phone number, and any other details you provide at registration. This data is collected by Luma on our behalf and is governed by Luma's Privacy Policy. We receive your registration details so we can manage attendance, send event reminders, and follow up after events. We do not share your Luma registration data with any other third party.

Your application is processed via Static Forms (staticforms.xyz) — a third-party form handling service. When you submit your application, your name, email, WhatsApp number, city, and application responses are transmitted to and stored on Static Forms' servers. If you are accepted, we will contact you via both WhatsApp and email. You will only hear from us about community-related updates — events, circles, retreats, and things we genuinely think matter to you. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time and ask us to stop WhatsApp messages by messaging us directly.
